Welcome to our website home for the Greenwich Square Condo Association.

We designed this website for a few reasons. First, we wanted a place for residents to learn more about our community. We also hope that the website should help to enhance community involvement and communications between residents and our association.

This page will give you a brief overview of the website — where you can find important information, updates about things happening in the community and how you can use this website as a resource.

Website Overview

The site is broken down into three primary sections: Community Info,  The Events Calendar and Community Updates.

1. Community Info

This is where you’ll find any important documents relating to being a homeowner at Greenwich Square. It’s the hub for all the good stuff you might be looking for. Declarations and Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, Community Policies and Procedures and more.

2. Events Calendar

We’ll keep the calendar up to date with community event details for board meetings, community events and the like.

3. Community Updates

Here is well you can find links to board meeting minutes, too.
