Pet Etiquette
Community Upkeep
- As a homeowner/resident you have a right to own up to two pets. Dogs must be on leashes at all times. Cleaning up after your dog is not a right or an option, it is your mandatory responsibility. Owners must clean up after their pets at all times. Please keep your pets away from trees and shrubs as waste will destroy landscaping and grass. Pet owners will be charged to repair any damage caused by their pet. Allowing your dog to use your patio or balcony is not an option. Any animal waste outside the walls of your home must be cleaned up immediately.
Trash Pick Up
- All waste cans and recycle bins must have unit address clearly marked.
- This is a reminder that your trash should not be at the curb until after 6 p.m. Thursday night. Trash cans are not allowed outside your garage on any day but trash day. If you leave trash containers out after trash day, the containers will be removed and you will be charged for the removal. We are all responsible for keeping our neighborhood clean.
- The following holidays are observed; New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. The week of that holiday, our trash will be picked up on Saturday, not Friday.
- Please do not put your trash on the curb until Friday night if there is a holiday that week.
