About Greenwich Square
The Greenwich Square Condominium Association was incorporated in 1999. It's comprised of 129 units and conveniently located in Geneva, IL on Bricher road, west of Route 38. Most of the single-family condominiums were built in the early 2000's.
Our community is just minutes from 5-star restaurants, casual bistros and fine chocolatiers to cozy coffee houses, tempting bakeries and gourmet carry-out. You’re sure to satisfy your cravings at one or more of Geneva’s rich variety of restaurants and eateries. We're also a mere 10-minute drive to Geneva's Metra stop for commuters and trips to the city.
Additionally, we're walking distance from charming spots like Williamsburg and Bricher Park, which are great for picnicking and letting the kids enjoy the playground.
We're a part of school district 304, which includes Williamsburg Elementary School, Geneva Middle School North and South and Geneva Community High School -- all of which are award-winning schools.
